Don’t let the outwardly run down appearance of Carlo e Camilla fool you. This is one of Milan’s best places for dinner! Located in the heart of the city, the converted sawmill serves impeccable food and inventive cocktails. Founded by Michelin star chef, Carlo Cracco, and art director, Tanja Solci, the restaurant is a large, airy space with high ceilings. Diners sit on long sharing tables decorated with a mix of vintage crockery.
The industrial concrete walls are contrasted by antique chandeliers, giving the restaurant a deconstructed glamorous vibe. This a restaurant which puts as much emphasis on the unique dining experience as they do on constantly evolving menu. Reservations are hard to come by, so book in advance.
