Chimcama is the newer, seafood-based sibling of Pachama, where they celebrate the boldly-flavoured coastal food of Peru. The intimate restaurant in Chelsea has garnered some Instagram fame from the pink interior, pastel plates and pink tiled floor. If you’re going as a pair, we recommend sitting at the small bar along the open kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work. The dishes are small and made for sharing, which is great news as it allows you to sample a large portion of their menu. Serving a wide selection of chargrilled fish, smaller seafood dishes and an array of intriguing sauces, the food here is absolutely delicious!
